I would like to invite you to our upcoming Transition events, including our Open Evening. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to discover what makes Sandhurst School a vibrant and supportive community where students flourish.
We believe that a smooth and well-informed transition from primary to secondary school is vital for a child's success. At these events, you will have a chance to see the school, meet our staff and students, and gain a deeper insight into our curriculum, pastoral support, and the wide range of extra-curricular opportunities we offer.
We are delighted to celebrate significantly improved exam results this year. These results not only validate the incredibly positive OFSTED report we received following the Inspection in December 2024. This success is a testament to the strong partnership between our staff, students, and their families.
The percentage of students who are achieving a grade 5 or higher:

As part of our commitment to student well-being, we have further increased our capacity to support students. There has been a significant investment in our SEND facilities, an increased number of specialist staff to support mental health, and we are pleased to be working in partnership with the NHS via their MHST (Mental Health Support Team). We also provide enhanced support for our service families through our dedicated Service Pupils Support Champion.
Our Open Evening will be on Tuesday 7th July between 6:00pm and 8:00pm which we warmly welcome you to.
The Year 6 Parents' Information Evening will be held on Thursday 24th September 2026 at 5:00pm.
